Conveniently located hotel in the heart of Chambery Centre. The central location allowed us to easily explore the best parts of the town. Just steps away from all the action! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered us complimentary refreshments upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Julie at the front desk was especially helpful in resolving a room issue.
Our room, although initially problematic, was eventually changed to a clean and tolerable one. The hotel takes pride in cleanliness and it shows.

This hotel in the very center of Chambery was an absolute gem! From the moment we walked into the tastefully decorated lobby, we knew we had made the right choice. The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us to nearby facilities and offering restaurant recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains. The free WIFI worked perfectly on all our devices, and the buffet breakfast in the cozy breakfast room was a real treat, with a wide selection of French breads, jams, and cheeses.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
